8th Grade Field Trip to the Puyallup Fair

The 8th grade will be going on a Field Trip to the Puyallup Fair on Friday, September 21. All students must turn in the Permission Slip with the both sides of the form filled in. There is a Medical Release on the reverse of the form. Turn in permission slips and payment to Ms. Smith in the front hallway in the mornings and in the cafeteria during 3rd lunch beginning Tuesday, September 11, 2007. Permission Slips must be turned in by Wednesday, September 19. Students must bring sack lunch or request a sack lunch from school, or bring $5-$10 to buy lunch at the Fair.
