Curriculum Night

Thursday October 16, 2008 from 6:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Come find out what your kids are learning in school this year, and meet each of their teachers. A light dinner will be served at 6:00pm. Tour classrooms and meet with your child’s teachers from 6:45 to 8:30pm. Don’t miss this important way to get involved in your child’s education! Remember – we’re at our temporary Lincoln High School location – 4400 Interlake Ave. N., one block south of N.E. 45th at Interlake N. (This event is intended for parents only.) 8:30-8:45     7th period Instrumental Music in Room C102          (For Instrumental Music parents/guardians only) Bilingual Instructional Assistant’s will be available for interpreting in the following languages: Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Somali The purpose of this event is to provide parents/guardians with a class syllabus and an overview of the teaching and learning goals and expectations from teachers. This evening is for parents/guardians only. Students should not attend. This event is not to discuss your student with teachers. You are welcomed to contact a teacher at any time throughout the school year to make an appointment to meet regarding your student. Please check out the Library on the 2nd floor for information on topics such as: The Source, College Bound Scholarships, HIV/AIDS Curriculum, etc.
